Preparing an authorized order
After payment authorization, a Good Molecules order ordinarily spends 1–2 business days in preparation. Delivery travel is a separate stage estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from these business-day periods, and no exact arrival date is promised.
Address and service selection
Checkout shows the delivery services, destinations and charges available for the entered address. Check the street, unit, city, state and postal code carefully because missing or incorrect details may delay the carrier or cause a return.
Tracking assistance
Use the shipment notice when tracking becomes available. If scans stop, delivery is late, the parcel arrives damaged, or a delivered scan cannot be matched to the package, email amballabadrayyabadri@gmail.com with the order number and tracking reference. We may need to obtain findings from the carrier before confirming a resolution.
