How are handling and transit timed?
Normal preparation takes 1–2 business days after authorization. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separately estimated at 4–6 business days. Checkout displays address-specific charges, while the Shipping Policy covers tracking concerns.
Can an unused item be returned for preference?
Yes, if it is eligible, new, unused and in original condition. Eligible defective returns and exchanges are also accepted. Contact the shop within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval, then use the free prepaid label supplied inside the package. There is no restocking fee. Review the Refund Policy for all steps.
When does an approved refund begin?
It is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; posting by the financial institution can take longer.
