Eligible new goods
A return or exchange request for a new Good Molecules item must begin within 30 days after delivery. Eligible defective and non-defective returns are accepted. When a non-defective product is returned due to preference, a changed mind or an incorrect choice, it must be new, unused and in original condition. Damage, defects, missing parts, wrong shipments and material listing differences may also be reported. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Request review before sending
Email amballabadrayyabadri@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Include photos or video for a problem item and retain the packaging and components. Wait for approval, the proper return address and instructions before mailing; the General mailing address is not automatically the returns facility.
Postal return process
For an eligible postal return, use the free prepaid return label included inside the original package after approval. Contact us if the label is absent or lost. No restocking fee applies. An exchange or replacement remains subject to review and available stock.
Approved credit
We process or initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks, card issuers and payment providers may require more time to post the funds.
